Refund policy

At Merchantree, we specialize in customized and branded corporate gifts, merchandise, and printed products.

Due to the customized nature of our products, all confirmed orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:
• The product received is damaged during delivery
• The product received is incorrect compared to the confirmed order

Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Merchantree reserves the right to refuse refunds for normal wear and tear, misuse, or changes requested after order confirmation.
